What we store, and how consent works

What we store

The name you use for that person here (a real name is never required), their date and time of birth, and their birthplace if you provide it — what a reading needs and nothing more. We do not ask for identity numbers, salaries or performance reviews.

Consent comes before analysis, always

Another person's details are only ever analysed while an unwithdrawn consent is on record. Withdrawing it cuts the read path immediately rather than setting a label — and the withdrawal itself is kept, so it stays auditable.

What this tool does not do

TIDE supports designing teams, timing and coaching. It is not an automated screening system: it does not decide who is hired or let go, and it should not be the sole basis for an employment decision.

Deletion

You can remove a person at any time, and removal deletes their birth details. A verdict already issued keeps its result and reasoning; it never held a second copy of the birth data.

Where the data goes

Birth date, time and place are sent to our own internal reading services to compute a result. They are not shared with third parties, not used to train a model, and not sold.
