The right person can sit in the wrong chair — and the right chair can arrive in the wrong year

TIDE reads a person across five capacities, weighs them against what a chair actually demands, and tells you whether to push, hold, move, or steady first.

Karma is charged only when you confirm. If the reading cannot be made, nothing is charged

Fit

The five capacities everything is measured in

Every chair leans on these five in different proportions — a delivery lead and a sales lead do not need the same person, even at the same level on the chart.

Candour

Every answer arrives with its vote count

Each verdict passes through five advisory seats that read the same person by independent methods. When they agree, we say they agree. When they split, we show you where — never averaged into something that looks certain. A seat that cannot answer abstains; we do not guess on its behalf.

Timing

And the right chair can arrive in the wrong year

Beyond whether a person fits a chair, TIDE reads each person's timing year by year — when their window is opening, steady or closing — so a move happens in the year they are ready, not the year a seat happens to fall empty.

The record

And we record how often we were right

Every verdict carries a date it can be checked. When that date arrives we ask what actually happened, and keep the accuracy where you can read it. This part is free, permanently.

  1. 1A verdict is issuedwith claims that can be checked, and a date to check them
  2. 2On that date, we ask what really happenedrecorded once, never edited afterwards
  3. 320 real outcomes per seatbefore any accuracy percentage is shown

The ledger

No percentage is shown until 20 real outcomes are in — a figure from a handful looks like evidence, but is not yet
